Sights - Du Già Village
The village is part of the larger Du Già National Park that was created in 2015 to be a nature and conservation area. There are many animals there including the Tonkin Snub Nosed Monkey. The area that we are interested in though is the village itself and the nearby waterfalls.
Homestay
Being part of a conservation area means that the homestays here really let you get immersed with nature. Waking up in the valley is quite a relaxing affair. The homestays are traditional Tay homes (wooden construction, stilts house with underneath for storage). The Tay are the main ethnic group in the village.
Waterfalls
The Du Gia waterfalls are undoubtedly a key attraction here. The waterfalls create a beautiful spectacle worthy of a photo or two. On a hot summers day it is also possible to swim at the waterfall. While not the biggest falls of the region, they are still great to see as well as being far more private.
